Artist's Description

When you are in the high country, weather can change quickly, so if you are photographing you must be quick! On this particular day, there were many types of weather hitting the mountains and at one point, we were in a cloud that enveloped us very quickly. About an hour later, as we descended the mountain, we encountered the second rainbow at a lower elevation. What a beautiful site! The rainbow was highlighted by a very cloud filled sunset, with a large amount of sun hitting one of the peaks!
