Artist's Description

I almost got into an accident as I was driving down 85, returning from a tiring hike! I couldn't wait to turn off onto a road that was headed into the depths of this storm! Before the rain came the sun made one last strong affront to this impending monster. When the storm closed in and the sun reluctantly retreated in defeat, we looked at each other and said, "That was amazing!" We both said good buy and knew that two strangers shared a moment that was both exhilarating, and beautiful--and only in Colorado!
